Having just had the panic of having to find a new headlight, could someone point me to where I could get one of the metal headlight adjusters so I can sort them if/when one breaks?
Thanks

Think I have a set somewhere
-
Resin type I have bought in the past are poorly fabricated and require all edges smoothing or even trimming to make fit.The ball end is also not too well secured and have had one pull out when the headlight has been fully assembled and adjustments started.
Last resort only if you cannot find a set of the aluminium type which are excellent and will cure the problems .

Can you have a look and let me know what you want for them and I will organise payment?
Cheers

Well I got a good quality replacement light and as soon as it got power, the adjuster broke grrrrrrr
-
The plastic adjusters get brittle and crack...even a new light isnt new as its probable been sat on a parts dept shelf for years. All Depo lights have a really cheap adjuster which will break the first time you attempt to adjust them or have broken in transit to you.
If you can get a set of aluminium adjusters thats really the only way forward
-
Didn't have that issue with my Depo lights on either the Omega or the Trolley.
When any headlight is shipped new, they have support fitted to hold the reflector rigid. When shipping second hand people don't bother, and they're pretty much guaranteed to break, especially if the motor isn't fitted. :-X

B-Buster http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=3873
Have adjusters made in a 3D-printer and they are in another type of plastic that are stronger.
Send him a PM, he is in the Netherlands

I did indeed put some lubricant on them. I popped some on the ball joints of all adjusters and sliders where they had them. I also bought a second set just in case!
I was going to put in some LED DRL whilst I had them apart, but didn't bother.
