It's amazing the difference you can make to an old Van with a dehumidifier, a tube of silicone and a pot of emulsion!! 

Not that I'd advocate such bodging and would advise a full and comprehensive restoration!

Yep I was offered oil at TC prices recently, despite not having a card.    Apparently I'm a Land Rover specialist!

The Christmas tree from the garage was it

A willow tree that was too close to the house and getting too big! 

I thought the mighty Omega would just rip it out, but I had to do a fair bit of digging as well.    The gearbox survived though!

I looked after my mates Lab last year and she had dry food, but when it went in the dish she'd give me a look that said "Is that it you bastard!"   

So I felt sorry for her one evening and gave her a dish of chicken scraps with gravy, which got wolfed down with relish and gave her the shits for 2 days!!!   

Needless to say I didn't tell my mate!

My recent bet was with Ladbrokes but I think it's fairly standard on football bets. 

You might be OK if your bet is for Germany to win the World Cup as opposed to Germany beating Argentina.... 

Mine is with Betfair, just double checked, I'm all good. Extra time, penalties ect..

We will payout any additional winnings, as free bet tokens, within 24 hours IF Germany WINS the the 2014 World Cup.

I had a brief thought about putting a tenner on that myself, but it would be the 'kiss of death' and I can't do it to you Tunnie!
