Thank you everyone for your support.  The bike is racked, the transition bags are in place and ready, the wetsuit and vaseline (ooo-err) are prepared for the morning, I just have to bring it and smash it.  It truly heartens me to get the support from people off here including those I have not even met face to face

I drove the bike course today......ouch!  The supposed heartbreak hill looks easy compared to other climbs, especially coming out of Saundersfoot and Wiseman's Bridge (half a mile of 17% incline!)

There is a tracker you can use throughout the day which will show you the times I post when I go over the timing mats.  My race number is 756:

 3.8km swim in 1.22 hrs(split) Followed by,
 180k cycle in  4.08 hrs (total so far)
