Not sure on that for a few reasons

160mph is generaly for the V6 motor maybe because (obviosly) thet are capable of more than 140
Plus the V6 tacho may read diifferent on a 4 pot.

Diff ratio may affect speedo reading as may the gearbox ratio's and different tyre sizes.

Other things to consider for accuracy are the ABS sensors and mayne even other sensors that I cant think of at this time in a morning.....

Some of or even all of this may be over riden with a tech 2 session.

There might be a gauide in the maitainence guide section if it has allready been done.

Got a good one here from a 2.0ltr 16V. Not sure whether it`s a straight swap though :-/

Depends on age, they are not all electrically compatible.  Generally, from 98 onwards they are electrically compatible (and tech2 configurable for wheel size etc), but facelifts have different markings on temp gauge.

I've got a 160 dash you could have to play with if you want. Just looking to cover the cost of the postage.

Once I put an instrument cluster from a 3.0 V6 Sintra into a 2.2 Cyl Sintra. The speedo worked ok, but the rev counter only displayed 2/3's of what it should be displaying.
