For years, I've taken the piss out of my father in law who has a stock of essentials.
Last summer I needed something from.his garage.
Bog rolls? I estimate 250.
Bells whisky 40 litres
Tinned sardines in tomatoes sauce.
100 plus tins.
I was in Tesco and they had a deal on Grants worst blended. So I bought him 2 bottles.

Anyway, I had a look in my Christmas freezer, ain our garage and I found a goose.

Why?

At least no-one is talking about Brexit anymore * so every cloud...…

* The Limpdems asked Boris to extend the transition period last week to allow the country to concentrate on dealing with Covid 19.
Theres opportunism and theres sick. You decide.

Crikey, who would have thought it possible to hear Covid 19 and Brexit in the same sentence.?

Might be time to start blaming anything that goes wrong on Covid 19 ?

That's something that the chancellor in resident, dare not do, because that will get Boris lynched, better off putting 1p on income tax, and calling it an NHS ringfenced contribution.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if he put fuel duty up in the budget.

Me neither. The only thing that may stop him in this budget is the impact it could have on already stretched haulage companies.
It's got to happen, though, you can't bang on about climate change and keep freezing fuel duty.
