Had a howl this afternoon. There is a whole new world out there that I know nothing about.

Facebook. Someone was showing me stuff about Crooner virus, a request to join a group to share concerns about corona virus. . There was even one group concerned about seagulls and moss on the roof.

We need a few sharp frosts, that'll get rid of it. Not so sure about the pigeons though.

I was accused of not taking it seriously enough in the office yesterday when I pointed out that Hippos and vending machines killed more people than than Covid-19.

People are stocking up for the apocalypse. Probably digging bunkers in their back gardens, too.

I bought loo rolls this morning and felt like I needed a sign around my neck; "I'm not panic buying, we ran out."

Could have used some paracetamol for the headache that goes along with my sniffles and dry cough, but apparently everyone has panic bought those, too.

Local Morrisons today when we did the weekend shop.

Looked like people were preparing for the end of the world.Shelves virtually stripped bare and queues for tills longer than at Christmas.World has gone mad ,but dont think the impending doom spouted by Boris yesterday has helped at all,however true it may be

The only thing I will admit to 'panic buying' is the last 6l of tonic in Sainsbury's. Since some c0ckwomble posted on FB that it helps stop the spread of the disease, the moron collective had nearly stripped the shelves bare.

Still, I've now got a little over a week's supply on hand. Should see us right
