Can anyone please advise what tyre make was supplied by Vauxhall from new on the Omega, as time is now looming for replacement all round. I have tried to search but here and on the net without any luck! :(

Later ones came with Michelin Pilot Sport 2. The early retail MV6 came with SP9000. Not sure about others.
Either way, none of these are available, nor are their successors (PS3 or SportMaxx TT respectively).
Pilot Sport 4 are a very different tyre to PS2/PS3, having more in common with Pilot Super Sport. The current crop of SportMaxx RT2 are disappointing.
I personally use Pilot Sport 4 on my Omega, and had the most recent set put on just a few weeks ago.

Some years ago at least one company-I forget which one,but a well known brand-offered a range of colour coded tyres they never did catch on.............I wonder why :D :D

Probably due to the well known (lack of) grip issues with Pilot Sport 2/3

After 1999 the broacher shows CDs on Michelin but the spare on mine is Dunlop and they hold the road well 😀
-
Isn,t your spare on a 15" steel wheel? ???
-
I’m not sure if my spare is 15” but I’ll have a look once the car is back from its service
-
My Elite is on the factory fit 17" alloys with a steel spare classed as a space saver as[I think]it's a 16",but I suppose it could be a 15"
