how many and which other vx models can be paper clipped or pedal tricked or whatever? Anyone know?

Most them to varying degrees if they have a diagnostic plug I would think. eg Senators could flash up codes for gearbox, alarm, suspension etc via the ALDL socket.

Pedal trick for Vectra C... Vectra Forum (can't remember the URL...) was the place where I first found that there is a possibility for such trick... and I still think that I brought it up on this forum  ;)

 very gratefull for it kcl, saved me and numerous others alot of agro and expense. Not that i have had a great deal of agro with my car.

Always wondered who and where it came from. Have since seen mention of it on that German fellas web site, Michael something or other(no not Schumaker) the guy that does the video input conversion for omega colour screens...?

Since lost his details. Vxl v6 posted it for me once. Maybe he would oblige again, Andy?
