What a load of rubbish!

Yes, the police have so much time on their hands to stop people driving to check the clothing they are wearing, that cannot be seen anyway, and start filling in more paperwork?! Of course they don’t and will not. If an accident can be proved to have been caused by what the person was wearing, maybe the police will take action, but even then I doubt it!

I have always driven in skirts and heels all my driving life and have never had a problem. I certainly will not be changing anything over such tosh

As for slippers (Common sence not to wear them) but how many people drive in bare feet?  Most women I know take off thier heels and drive bare footed.
