Enough here to keep you going for a while, Skruntie. J P Morgan Chase are a very large bank in the US, and absolutely nothing to do with the sub prime market. 1% cash back on certain debit card transactions, and a linked savings account paying 1.5%. Very easy to get an account, providing you have the correct identification documents but, I believe, some people have had problems getting their system to upload them.

Revolut haven't got a banking licence in the UK, so no protection should they go bust. Chase, Monzo, Starling app based banks do have banking licences, so your money is protected up to £85,000.

My cousin used to work for Chase Manhattan , if it's the same bank they looked after him very well fabulous salary & a very good pension now retired to Miami.

Remember though, those shiney buildings and excellent salaries are paid for by retail customers.

Yep pretty much. Chase Manhattan merged with JP Morgan to form JP Morgan Chase.  They have a huge office complex in Bournemouth.
