I have one which was sold to me as working but I never fitted it, so cannot personally confirm it works, unless someone can tell me which pins do what and I'll feed voltage in and see what happens.  Mine has exactly the same markings as your pictured item except mine was made week 36/1996 (I assume that's what 36/96 means, 04/03 on yours)

Elite now gone.  Bought an X-Type 4x4.  If there had been an Omega 4x4 I would have bought that instead.  We really liked the Omega, but I wanted 4x4.
