I can't see a code for a valid picture (eg something ending in .jpg .gif .png) in that lot.

There are two valid codes for buttons on their website and also a link for a shockwave flash file (.swf) but that doesn't open when I try it and you won't be able to use a flash file for your avatar.

mate av not got a clue what a flash file is a wish people would not use computer lingo am not good with computers
