It seems the new BBC iPlayer Desktop App is a bit limited for letting you watch or download recent programs, normally only 7 days. So thought I would try this and it worked, if the time restrictions are up, reset your System Clock to roughly when you downloaded the prog and it lets you watch it, if the App has deleted or removed the prog, click on the progs icon and it lets you download it again. ;)
Not to sure what the Time Windows are to allow you to do this but I downloaded Horizon, Where is Flight MH370 a couple of weeks back and forgot to watch it, so it got removed, so just downloaded it again and its ready to watch for another 7 days :y
