Oh, don't remind me. SWMBO's birthday on 1st Feb, Valentines on 14th, and I scraped the bottom of the ideas barrel to save my @rse over Christmas!

Nope, deffo not, i am out on the 31st and i need to be able to finish the year with a ciggy, may sound strange to some of you, but who cares. No smoking from the first. God help me.

Ive been told by my gp nurse that using nicotine patches you are 4X more likely to suceed......so get some max strength ones  

I believe you can get them on prescription.
