hello have 03 mv6 which keeps flattening battery ,have checked current being drawn thru fuses fuse 7 reads .26 of a amp would this be my trouble,fuse 7 covers check control,engine oil level and courtesy lamp

heater /air condition works only on drivers side only ie blows cold on passenger side no matter what its set on
