hi there could anyone tell me how to fix my jets when i pull the stalk towards me to wash the screen nothing comes from the jets. i have checked screen wash and yes it`s full. has anyone any suggestions many thanks

CAn you hear the pump buzzing?  If not then fuse or pump or wiring.

If it is buzzing then you probably need to clean the rubber filter that is on the pump pickup.  Reverse-flushing with a hose or kitchen tap is best but be careful taking the pump out (it pushes in) as you can break the exit tube.

nice 1 thanks chris, i can`t hear any buzzing so to narrow it down it must be wiring or fuse. i will re-check the fuses and take it from there.

to double check the pump get a bottle or cup of water, take the motor out and pop it in the cup, see if it pumps / blasts water.

There is also a gauze in the washer bottle, when you take the pump out feel for a lip around the edge to the hole (ooo errr)

Pull this up, it often gets clogged and prevents water getting to the motor.

right..... av had a look and can`t seem to find out wot the problem is  i took the grill off, carefully pulled up the pump/motor and then grazed my hands in the process !!! so after much effin and jeffin i put everything back where it belongs and thought f*&k it. as u can tell i`m not mechanicaly minded. but thanks for all ur help anyway, looks like goin to a garage to av it put right.

If not motor look for a fold in the pipe where it goes into the bonnet. Happened to me.

Remove the pump from the bottle, be ready to stick a pen in where you've just removed the pump from if you want to save your washer fluid! 
Try putting 12 volts across the 2 terminals. It doesn't matter which way round if you're testing and see what happens  :-/ If it doesn't work you've found the problem, if it does ... then your problem is elsewhere
