She did some bad things but then who doesn't and she done some good things like bring pride back to a broken Britain, just a shame the powers to be since have let it all go.  >:( >:( R.I.P Maggie.

oh get real people she was'nt perfect--she knew about Falklands 5/6months before but hung out for election time to do something about it and conning people about buy your home!!!! so no I wont miss her and sure there are plenty out in the world who feel the same way-

Greatest PM since Churchill, we need someone of her caliber at the wheel now. No doubt get as many haters, but would get done what needs to be done.

Without doubt, the best PM is living memory. Not like the media cock sucking morons we've had since.

Lets look at what good she did (or tried to do):
Mullered the unions, which was essential - if anyone had family in the nationalised industries in the 70s, they'll know why.
Poll tax (OK, she failed on that one).
Falklands.
Cut out a whole sackload of waste in the government departments.
Got good deals in the EU

All this stuff has been squandered, and more besides, but subsequent spineless morons. So now we have unsustainable burdens of NHS, Education and Welfare, with no value for the money spent. Massive bills into the EU. A deficit that will take generations to pay off, even if we could stop the overspend right now. The highest VAT rate the country has seen. Its a mess that needs a PM with super sized gonads, which rules out all the current wannabes.

Also brought the USSR together in talks with the USA that led to the end of the Cold War and communism in Russia. :y :y
