What to ask for SWMBO's Elite?

Probably soon to be for sale is my wifes 'V' plate pre-facelift 2.5 V6 Elite and I want an idea what I should ask for it to sell privately or on trade-in.

It's got 144k with extensive history, cloth interior, AC and Bose sound, (with carphone but not satnav). Everything on it works.

Good overall condition but could use a clean.

What do you think?
