Omega General Help / Omega B Estate 2003 Power Steering Pump

I have been trying to get a replacement/refurb power steering pump for sometime with no success.
I purchased one that said it fits but it didnt.
The part number I have been told is correct is OEN 24436787.
The part number on the pump label is ZF 7691 955 313        CLIENT   24 436 397
The number on the back of the pump  is 91 128 at top and 89 at bottom.
I have though about getting it reconditioned but was quoted about £400
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
Please can anyone advise where this unit is located, as i feel this may be the problem.
I have looked in the drivers footwell behind the fuse box area and cant see anything obvious.
I have an odd fault developed and when I open the drivers door it locks all the other 3 doors.
Sometimes when you lock the car the interior light does not go off.
Any advice much appreciated.

I have to change my exhaust manifold drivers side and would like to replace the nuts securing it to the block.
Can anyone advise what size they are please..   M8/M10?

Omega General Help / Omega 3.2 Engine Management Light

Hi Can anyone help please. I have a 3.2 Elite 03 plate, and the Engine Management Light now stays on. Getting it checked out the fault says both Cats have gone. Looking at the voltage from the output sensors they vary quite a lot and I had the comment that it was if there were no cats in there.
It has passed the emissions test no problem and I have changed the Mass airflow Sensor. I have also been advised it could be the ECU. I find it hard to believe both cats would have gone at the same time. Anyone know of anything else it could be or is there anyother way of identifying where the fault could be.

Omega General Help / petrol smell on starting from cold.

 I get a strong petrol smell from my 3l v6 on first daily start up only , yet cant see a leak. It runs well, but would hate it to burst into flames.
Anyone had anything like this before.

Omega General Help / Discoloured Head Lights

Hi all.
I have a 97 3litre elite and the headlights (pre face lift) are beginning to discolour.
Is there any way of cleaning them up?
If not, do the later headlamps, with like the golf ball in, fit.
I did see a similar question on here but didnt fully understand the terminology.
