Title: Spotted - Black PFL Elite, Beckton.

Think it was T reg?, Black Saloon looked well tidy, Elite Badges on the side were also black.

Anyone here?, A406 / A13 Beckton Roundabout about 5pm.

That's just a large spotted shoe, with a small child in it. ;D
