Door striker plates
« on: 12 August 2010, 17:52:47 »

Simple question.

The door striker plates on 'B' pillar, can these be removed and turned around?

Reason is, mine is worn on the drivers side and no amount of adjustment stops the door creaking. There's no play in the hinge pins, I've given the door a good old jiggle about. Don't want to remove the plate to find I've lost the fixing in the pillar, do these stay in place but floating I guess :y
