Been intouch with the site, prices as follow's........

Caravan £7.50-£7.75 per night per unit inc 2 Adults (I think this is for the Rallie site)
Tent pitch  £14.50 per night inc 2 Adults £2 per child (standard pitch)
Tent pitch £16 per night inc 2 Adults £3 per night per child. (Electric Pitch)
Guest's for day visit have access to the park as well and cost's
£6.50 per Adult £5.50 per child

The prices are according to what I have been told. If you want to double check the prices please do.Telephone 0118 932 6444

There is availability for this weekend so please be quick and let me kno and book with the site directly.
We can put our cars into a car park to do work on and show them off to the public as well. I must point out that They have told me we can do repairs to the cars as long as we clear up afterwards and no fluids of any kind are drained on the floor due to being close to the lake. So suitable containers will be needed to drain the cooling system's.

This might be better...

All charges per night include:-

- a unit (Caravan, Motorhome or Car + Tent)
- 2 adults
- FREE entry into the park

Please note, the full fee is required at the time of booking.

Premium Pitch £18.50
Standard Pitch £16.00
Electric Tent Pitch £16.00
Tent Pitch £14.50

Other Charges (per night)

Extra Adult £4.00
Extra Child £3.00 (3 to 15 years)
Awning £1.50
Pup / Child Tent £2.50 (children upto 10 years of age only)
Gazebo £1.50
Dog £1.00
Late Departure £8.00

Edited: Sorry everyone

Yeah, I noticed that :o

As it happens, I probably can't make it, or if I can, likely just for a few hours, so cost doesn't matter to me.

Saying that, if I did have time to make it, I think I'd bring a sleeping bag, just in case the beer stated flowing ;D

For me, I'm afraid, it will have to be a last minute thing on whether or not I can make it.

No probs TB arrive when you can mate. Hoping more will arrive on the days. The main meet is easier to be the Sunday but it's going to be over the two days.

Sorry, 4th is out for us .... :(

Looks like the only meet we'll make this year is Newent as that was planned early and I could make arrangements. I wish you all the best, and if you decide to repeat it next year .. PLEASE decide the date well early !!!  makes life easier for many .. (well for me anyway !  )  :)
