« on: 12 December 2011, 19:58:26 »
Thanks Entwood and Cem, problem os thete is no backup key. Can the code on key be "synchronised" as on omega maybe? By puting a key into keyfob and lock/unlock? Or is was ment to break down so the stealers could charge extra money?

Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Re: MID language
« on: 08 December 2011, 09:12:17 »
I believe you want to change MID info language from german to slovene...could be done by reprograming it with tech II. It would be fancy  I admit, but I'm happy to preserve Omega in mint condition even with german language MID, though I don't speak german....

Omega General Help / Re: AIR shock absorbers

Mine is 2.0 "sport" and she has S/L shocks, so why couldn't your omega have it? I need need new shocks too but I'm considering an option to buy some used shocks with low mileage....the problem is they are very hard to find. :-\

A bit late but I hope this link will work. It's screwed into the radiator, can be seen on the side of the fan

Thanks fiend61, I've found it and it's dry. Does anyone know what is the lower part connected/screwed into the radiator? Is it a thermoswitch or something else?

Ok, I believe I've found a leak. It's not the HBV. There's a really small leak on the conection of radiator and one of two 'temp sensors' or what they are...lower one on the right if looking towards the engine bay.
And thank you for the reply, skyblue

Omega General Help / Serious coolant leak
« on: 28 November 2011, 06:41:36 »
Good morning to all, I just took a son to school, parked at home and there was something about coolant level on MID. Took a look and there's no coolant!?! There was a small leak since I bought my omega, but not to serious. I topped it up last wednesday and done about 500 miles since - now it's empty. All was done on motorway with heating on.

I've read a lot about HBV on forum  before but haven't found a location of it on X20XEV engine, only on V6.
Can you help me to locate the leak and HBV please?
Thanks
