rear suspension adjustable tie rod
« on: 21 March 2007, 23:16:48 »

Howdoo.   Anyone assist with part number, cost and relative availability of the above?   ::)

One side is free and easy, the other is as tight as a gnats chuff and completely spanner resilient despite copious quantities of plusgas, heat and freeze over a few weeks.  Don't want to break it to allow adjustment to be done.

Thanks for the response, chaps...

Think I will persevere with the plusgas/heat/plumbers freeze spray/CO2 extinguisher for another week or two and then bite the bullet, blow off the cobwebs off the wallet, take the dark glasses of the piccys of HM the Q and part with a few quid and get a new one.....

Then force the friggin' thing apart with a soddin big hammer and spanner combo if still no luck.    ;D

Then take the new part back unused for a refund if all works well.   ;)
