My wife has an Angel hanging from her rear view mirror, which we forgot about when we took it for its mot. When I collected the car the mot guy had removed it and left it on the passenger seat. What a decent guy for using common sense.  :y

The amount of crap I used to remove would make you gasp, one car had so many "toys" on the dash it would have failed on vision as well as all the beads and stuff hanging off the mirror.

Most vehicles have stalks either side of the steering wheel to operate various lights and indicators
these stalks almost always* are strong enough to support the weight of a magic tree air freshener  ;)
thus negating the need to block the view through the windscreen .

*hanging actual fill size trees from the stalks may cause problems and may invalidate any warranty  :P

My 20 year old V70 started first time yesterday after lying dormant and neglected for 5 weeks or so.  :y

My youthful 16 year old Mondeo had a flat battery and required jump starting off its elderly stable mate, and was reluctant to rise from it's slumbers.  :-\

Never mind an Italian tune up will sort it out next week!  >:D   :)

ALL STILL UNDER WARRANTY*  :)

* DAVE warranty : if they break I have to fix them   :P

I guess the in-laws Sierra Sapphire has "engine warranty" too ,as I rebuilt it  :-X
