So I'm sure you've all heard the news that Pfizer's vaccine has been approved by the UK's MHRA and vaccinations will start next week! 

An interesting snippet though was that the head of the EU's EMA has criticised the speed at which the MHRA approved the vaccine and has said that more time is needed to prove it's safety before approval. 

I wonder if he's right or is it just sour grapes that the MHRA has been able to work differently outside of EU control? 

We'll soon find out

I watched that too.  Just previous, the 'Emily' woman said that of the third of people less-likely or unsure of receiving the vaccine, the majority were female, or those from ethnic minorities.

So, BatFlu is more likely to kill you if you are of Colour, but you are less likely to agree to the vaccine.

Apparently Ze Germans are a bit miffed at Brexit Britain cracking on with vaccination while they wait for the EU's EMA to approve the vaccine and have been busy pointing out that BioNTech, Pfizer's partner is a German company and that the UK has approved a European vaccine! 

Meanwhile Stateside, reportedly Trumpy is furious that Britain has beaten everyone else and hauled the head of America's FDA into the Whitehouse for an explanation..... or maybe to sack him! 

Also the Telegraph is saying that Britain has secured the most amount of vaccine doses from a variety of companies than any other country (or bloc), which is good!    So much for all that remainer talk of disaster if Britain didn't join in with the EU's efforts to secure vaccines.
