I don't know what the official Nm figure is

but with the O-rings between the surfaces ,I'd imagine "hand tight " 10 to 15 Nm $:-\$

I have a feeling its either 8nm or 12nm but cant remember which.
Im at work so cant pop out to the shed and Please read the manual.

Taken from Haynes Manual, Nm on the left and lbs/ft on the right. Oops, sorry about photo size.

I have highlighted the Upper section with an arrow, listed as 8Nm
