Looking at the picture i can see where to make the bends now , i bought a new mig welder xmas and not used it yet so will get some pipe and have a go

Will have a look down the breakers for some chrome tail pieces  ;)

Is that the standard silencer ?

No i ditched the old system, to be able to have room for the bends i had to re position the back box futher in to the car so i had room to mess about with making the twin exits

Yeah i see now how its further back now , exact measuring needed . All trial and error i guess , seen a stainless twin box on a bmw down the breakers so i might get that and try and make something up from that .

I sent the car in to a companey called torque technique, but i designed the system with him, but the boxes were made from sratch to taylor fit the car so i could'nt help you with your question sorry, i would say there are quite a few companys that make sports box's or whatever you wanted so maybe search for that, dont know if that will help you just trial and error i guess  :)

Thanks MV6man, I have found a company in the Midlands that do top notch stuff! I might not do much 'til the summer but it will be along the lines that you have, but with a twist! ;)
