All bought, collected, built and it's job jobbed.
Correct, the store is closed. They do Click & Collect, and it was a great little system they had set-up;
Drive into the Click & Collect Waiting Area,
Phone a number on posters dotted around,
Enter your Order No,
Get SMS which tells you which collection bay to drive into,
Man with trolley brings stuff to your car,
Load said stuff into car,
Man comes and takes trolley away,
Drive home and start installation.
I'm really surprised that so many of you think Ikea stuff is shite..... I mean, it's certainly not solid hardwood, but it costs peanuts. The best part about it, it's so bloody easy to build. All the drawer runners and cupboard hinges are soft-close or push to open (you choose), I've never had an issue with missing fixings, it looks (almost) like a premium product.
I really rate Ikea for their standalone furniture. I've never had anything like a Kitchen from them, but when the time comes to replace mine, I'd certainly consider it.
