The reality has hit wifey today. Into work tomorrow and kids back in next week. Five weeks holiday is nice but the first few days back are a shitter. I'm trying to be sympathetic, but I can't wait to see the back of her

Her 'old' car has had four tyres and a wheel bearing this week, that's quite enough. I said I'd pay for the bearing but the tyres would have to be her Christmas present.

and take the cost of the valves and balance out her housekeeping

Went for a walk yesterday. Passed the smallest house in town, and there's a 20 reg merc g63 and a 69 reg range rover sport on the drive. I'm thinking the house is worth £180k and the list price of the cars is about the same ?
