The experts told Elon Musk that it would take six to nine months to move a load of servers from Sacramento to Portland. Musk got stuck in and it was done in weeks. Interesting read! :y

There's a thousand places in Oregon that don't have the issues of Portland.

My post should have said that if I was facing the tax liabilities threatened on Tesla by California, then I would be moving as far away from California as quickly as possible and that the PNW generally and Oregon in particular would be on the shortlist... although Tennessee has a different appeal.

Much as I admire the man in terms of what he has achieved he is a loose cannon.
His not activating or making available Starlink to Ukraine to help blowing up Russian ships.
His comments on Taiwan. Not impressed.
