My door will not open the locking system is working ok as is the key method of locking.I feel sure that it is a rod to the lock that has become detached .the outside handle and the inside handle do not release the lock. Any ideas before smashing the door card to access the lock etc..All help gratefully received.

where can I get rear brake pad pins for my 03 2.6  saloon vented disc.They appear to be difficult to find. Anybody know the pin length to save be taking the wheel off.

I have just fitted a new pollen filter made my Crossland.The Gm one I took out had an air flow direction arrow,the new one doesn't.Does it matter which way it goes in.

What are the recommendations on rust treatments I treated a small section on my wheel arch about 6 months ago and the rust is showing through again. I used Loctite rust remedy and cleaned as much rust off as possible.I know cut out the area and weld but this is a very small section.

how does one decide on how often to check the oil levels. If there appears to be no leakage do you leave well alone or check at regular intervals. I had mine checked roughly 13,000mls ago and feel that it is time to check again any thoughts.Haynes states 70,000 mls change gear box oil and filter?

 Manual states Fuse 4 controls Cooling fan. Which fan is this do I have one or is it the rad cooling fans.

Does anybody know how this is achieved ie a relay in the car, a relay in the tow bar electrics. since my last towing trip I have lost both my rear fog lights and my reversing lights when not towing .Help please

My instrument panel shows a fog light warning when car is put into reverse and my reversing lights and fog lights  are not working.This has started after towing the caravan.My owners manual states The fog lights are deactivated when towing a caravan. Has something failed in this process.

I am trying to find a recent post where someone said they had a spare loom with various bits cut off anybody remember it. I am looking for a female plug with wires attached that goes into the throttle body on a fly by wire.

I have a spanner light, engine electronics,which comes and goes and an engine light,exhaust emissions , which comes and goes. Pedal trick gives 0340. when these lights are on the car does not start very well. Any ideas before I'm take it to the garage. 2.6 2003

In the last month I have replaced 2 failing break light bulbs same side and once again today I have a brake light warning.This time I also had a spanner light going on and off. Any ideas what the cause could be.
