Cleaned and painted the front calipers on the V70. Anything is an improvement on rust!

Picked up my wheels from the refurb place and fitted them back on the Monsit and I'm very pleased with the result.  :y

I had them done black, which I have a feeling I'll regret as time goes on as every little scratch and scuff will stick out like a sore thumb.  :-\

Had "fun" fitting the down pipes in the Austin, tried to remove the lambda sensor from o/s to make it easier. No bloody chance as its most likely the original from 96. Got it to move just over 1/2 turn with heat but that was it, didnt have enough heat.
All cables hooked up to engine now, just need to work out the 2 cut off wires I left sticking out. One black/white and the other black/blue, think one might have gone to the reverse switch? from memory. Will have to do a pin test.

Could mean there's a blockage somewhere? Surely you don't get that much back pressure out of a washer pump?
