mine doesn't have xenon.
My omega is a 1998 model and had a face lift.
but the headlights from the traffic lights don't shine well.
I plan to change them but not sure which brand of the ones I mentioned.
I had fitted Bilstein shocks but they had little life.
I find trw shocks half price from sachs. 33 euros each.
I think they are worth a try.

Thank goodness for our resident storeman The shelves are nearly empty, and no stock has been purchased to replenish them, so might be closed permanently soon,, |

Bought a second cluth for the Monaro I was tempted by a Monaro, before I bought the BMW, but could not quite justify it. Ouch on clutches, standard power? |

I used Depo lights on mine to good effect, but you perhaps have to rework some elements to fit the xenon ballast holders..
I suspect other cheaper alternatives will be less good. And make sure they are like for like as there are several variations. TRW shocks probably OK, but first choice would be Sachs. Also, it would be sensible to go through the entire suspension if you're doing the front shocks. Rear shocks can be changed independently of anything else but again the springs, track rods and rear subframe mounts would be a good idea whilst you're at it. Partly depends on why you feel the need to change the shocks... |

Pissed off that a minor chest infection and a tummy bug a couple of weeks back has sent my INR blood reading through the roof. Had to go in today to have that foul tasting Vitamin K fluid to try to reverse the symptoms.
On the plus side, I’m not allowed to do anything manual in case I cut myself and bleed to death, so bang goes her plan of me plumbing in the new vanity unit. |

I want to change the front lights.
which brand is recommended? From abakus , TYC , John's autoteile , diederichs ... have you noticed differences between them or are they all the same? also I find the shock absorbers TRW at a good price... and I'm thinking of installing them. where is your knowledge? |
