Few bits neede for a project
« on: 16 October 2009, 16:22:58 »

I need the following bits for a project I am doing ,so if any one can supply would be grateful and naturally beer tokens will be provided:
1...Centre console  internal box..(bit under the lift up arm rest ).
2...The 6 screws with washers that secure the above.
3...About 30cms + of the wiring from both front heated seats with the plug on the end, that connects into the main joiner by door.
4...Leather hand brake gaiter.

All the above is required for a "mini facelift".

Thanks alot

Are they standard screws? Phillips head, black coated and about 1/2" long?

I can't remember what the screws look like, but they have to be standard VX self tappers.

I'll have a look on my mini-fl in the morning and see if I can find half a dozen from the facelift that'll fit then.

That's that one sorted between us Agemo ;)

Welung666/Agemo..thanks for looking and getting bits sorted for me ...The screws are about 8mm long and a very small phillips head, and seem to have the washer joined to the screw-head..I managed to chew up the heads of 3 getting them out,and dropped one into the bowels of the center console.
If you guys like to drop me pm with your email addy for payment I can then supply my postal addy, and I still owe you a drink,Welung666,for the diodes a couple of weeks ago.
