£65 for a seat
« on: 05 January 2009, 18:27:27 »

£50 + £15P&P for a new heated seat to replace mine taken from a 2003 CD.

Is this a fair price??

No scrappy's locally have any "new" cars so to find a broken 2003 CD on Ebay is tempting.

His prices do seem high overall so I'll give him a ring and see if he'll budge.

Afterall, who needs a velour drivers seat for a facelift CD?

For the extra I would go for the leather as Marky suggested.  Or if cloth maybe one of the lads upgrading to leather might be able to help.

Or if the price is for a brand new seat then sounds ok. :y

Sum is simple.

If the lads sell a leather setup on here for a £100 then 5 seats = £20 per bum for leather.

Lowest option you offered was £20 so in that case that was my vote. but I would consider my previous post 1st and see if anyone is upgrading on here.

Initially seems high for one seat but not everyone wants leather. 2003 is 5/6 years old now & given the nature of Migs & mileage a clean one might be hard to find, so if it puts your car back how you want it then it's worth that to you matey. :y
