Some viscous fans have a tapping through them which allows you to insert a bolt and lock them so they always spin.......
Still think rad though.........
If you do find one it will probably be useless because they must be stored vertically otherwise the fluid contents drain where they shouldn't & it won't work.Hi,
How many parts depts, breakers, postmen dou suppose keep them vertical?
Mine's permanently locked on, sounds like a turbo-prop under the bonnet but at least it keeps cool whereas when it feathered as it should do I had some high temperatures under load & up long inclines at spped.
The reason that TB has dispensed with his is that heishas a perfect cooling system compared to the rest of us with decades of Thames Water's finest chalk deposited around the engine & radiator!
