Mrs Opti was telling me how the language has changed in the NHS.

The NHS used to invite all women aged between 25 and 64 for a cervical smear test.

The language now used is " all women and people with a cervix aged between 25 and 64.

Very shortly I have no doubt the language will change again  to " all people aged between 25 and 64 with a cervix"
