The display lighting for clock, consumption, etc is very dim how do I get to the bulbs to check for failure?

I find that when I fit new wipers they are very quiet for a few weeks but then get noisy again what am I doing wrong.

Omega General Help / Exhaust Rubbers

Having just had an eternal exhaust, 2 silencers and back box,fitted at my local garage I noticed that they used the old support rubbers.Looking at the rubbers they look good. Having read posts about how 1. retention clips can break when removed. 2. after market rubbers don't last, Should I leave well alone or get the new Eternal rubbers fitted. Is it correct that these rubbers are inspected in a MOT?

Got my exhaust from Eternal specified for 2.5. Had it fitted and am very happy.I purchased an extension for the tail pipe, chrome, from Fastcar Direct,perfect fit and looks good.

I am in need of the cats back section for my 2003 CD 2.6. I am thinking I will go with Eternal how do I ensure that I get the correct system.Does it come with a back box. Any ideas would be very helpful. Any idea how long the system is without the back box will I get it in the car to take to a garage to fit?

I have a non standard radio in my car a Blaupunkt Daytona MP53. I can receive stations ok but my preset system has gone caput. This started yesterday and last night my alarm went off with lights flashing but no sound. Are these events connected . Any ideas on the presets.

Some months ago my alternator was playing up and eventually failed. During this problem I was getting a bleeping sound on my radio. I am now getting the occasional bleep again. Any ideas anything to worry about?

A couple of months ago I replaced the plastic washer on the door strap to A pillar to stop cracking when opening door this solved the problem but it has come back again any thoughts?

How is the plug that goes into the electric window cluster switch in the door card removed is there a latch of some sort. And is there any secret ways of releasing the door card at the top in such a way to avoid the plastic runner from detaching from the door card. and if it is detached is glueing sufficient to hold it together. Any tips would be very welcome.
