esso synergy is ethanol free and 99 ron too so no issues there.im using it now in all mine.
Are there still Esso stations about?  Can't say I've seen one in ages.
Yes they're still around. The footprint of a fuel station is usually worth a lot more to the franchisee as a building site then it is as a business, so we lose more and more every year.
Round here, its farmers fields that get snapped up for building houses.

Where the opps are all these people coming from?  Obviously, my manifesto for Dictator has a cheap, easy solution.

I should point out that I was sat in the car due to a poorly hoof, and not because I've been banned from there yet.  Its only been open a few months ;D

And a piece of good news, I have found my wallet. In her handbag ;D
Found a colleague's wallet in the khahzee as I was locking up the office yesterday evening. I guess he's in for an economical weekend. ;D
I know I have "an emergency" 30 in my drawers at work, for those times I forget to take in my wallet (being a Jaaaaagggg owner ;D).  Trouble is, I've not really been in since 2019 ;D
That'll be a nice touch for the people who clear the office out when you all permanently work from home :D
The company has (foolishly) spent a shit load of cash on new buildings (rather than use the 5000+ ones it already has) that were due to open late last year.

So they feel the need for everyone to use them.

I was sat in the car at Saino's earlier, which she popped in to pick up some stuff she forgot/failed to get at Tesco yesterday.

So in the 10-20 mins I was sat there for, I saw....

A Merc convertible "park" with his nose stinking out about 7", causing obvious chaos.
An Astra estate reverse out of their spot, using a spare space opposite to reverse into, without seeing some lazy idiot had left a trolley there.
A Golf reverse out of a space, straight into some silly tart walking immediately behind.

It seems that everyone has forgotten how to safely operate a car.

Omega General Help / Re: Wim settings

You could always ask on wheels-inmotion.co.uk/forum for the most up to date ones.

In my experience, the settings are tweaked after discussing the symptoms and requirements, rather than it just being a set config...   ...though maybe that's only for if you visit Chesham.

Surely your wallet is lodged behind the counter at the local Jag dealership :D ;D
On the subject of moth I seem to get plagued with very small moths here just as I did last year.

You could buy an Audi, where they charge you for one of their staff to acquire all cash, cards and anything else that might be of value in your wallet. Including the wallet itself. This charge also include rubber gloves for when the bouncer ejects you from the showroom for looking poor....
I've often thought I'd like to win the lottery and wander into one of these showrooms in dirty jeans and a tee shirt. What fun.
Much to the annoyance of sales staff at Milton Keynes, I do that when I used to go there for parts, and because the parts people would leave you hanging on for ages, would go and sit in the new shiny ones ;D

The new dealer in Northampton keeps the parts department round the back, well away from the shiny side of the building.

Which is why I don't use Jag dealers for anything other than parts.

Keep an eye on that, as it can be a sign that they have laid eggs in the house, especially if you have woollen carpets or clothes.  The larvae eat the wool.

According to pest control chap we had out a few years ago, they like dark corners, behind furniture, or in dark, wardrobes.

Like any Jag owner, I appear to have mislaid my wallet ;D

I guess it doesn't help the Firstline is essentially shopping local given the proximity of their shed :-\

Presumably there isn't a viable alternative beyond main deal for him to get parts?
For any garage, there is little choice but eurtoshite (or their associated companies like AP and CAF).  TPS are obviously viable for VAG parts, and Trade Club was viable for Vauxhall.  But when you need delivery within an hour or 2 for any car, you are tied to companies in the euroshite group

Seriously though, mine was a 1995 with IR. deffo with tech 2 as the guy had sold his tech 1.
No he didn't, as the Tech2 doesn't have the software to communicate with the IR central locking module that GM used on the Omega.

Not sure if the Omega one had a back door programming scheme like, for example, Ford's old immobiliser scheme of programming from a primary key?  But it wasn't a GM Tech2 used.  Unless he had written a Tech2 module to do it, after reverse engineering how the module communicates.

;)
