Omega General Help / Remote locking
« on: 09 August 2013, 00:39:44 »
Just got my latest Mig (2.2 CDX), never had remote locking before. Doors are fine but boot is a bit hit & miss, sometimes
ok, other times need to press fob 4 or 5 times and hard as well. Swmbo hasn,t managed it at all yet :'(.
Also button on dash doesn,t seem to work at all. Any ideas please.

Omega General Help / CDX,s
« on: 30 July 2013, 19:27:16 »
Looking at changing my old CD and have seen a couple of CDX,s on the net. I believe that this model has self-levelling
headlights and washers. Are there any major problems with either of these? Any thoughts and experiences about them
would be a great help and if so is it an expensive fix?  :-\

Had one done today as a pre MOT check due to shed load of bother last year and yes, it failed again.
Do i need a genuine VX cat or is there a good pattern part out there somewhere?
Also what prices are we looking at. Any advice would be gratefully received, ta. :(

Just to say very well done to the lad last night, always thought he was stronger than Wiggo last year.
Nice touch to see all the team arrive at the line together. Great support from Ritchie Porte as well. :)

Shame to hear about the guy in Hertfordshire who went to help a neighbour and got stabbed to death.
Seems the main suspect was out on day release from a sentence for murder.Police have said that he
is dangerous and must not be approached, which asks the question what the hell was the thinking in
letting him out in the first place. To me it beggers belief.

Omega General Help / Accidental battery drain
« on: 09 June 2013, 09:33:03 »
Hi all, left interior light on last week, got started ok (jumped it). Ran well over Fri & Sat, 200mls +.
Now battery is draining again also ticking over fast 1500rpm & EML is now on. Could dodgy battery
be causing all this or have i got bigger issues?
I have no test gear or expertise but a few words of advice would be gratefully accepted .
Thanks in anticipation.
