I always thought one of the conditions of insurance was that the vehicle had to be road legal?
Therefore No MOT = No Insurance

I think the limit should be dropped to 60 mph!!!!
Reason being that I've taken to poodling at 75 mph to save fuel and my licence.
If everyone else was doing 60 ish, it would feel like I was driving much faster and I'd feel young and virile again!!
