Rishi is acting as though it would be beneficial to the majority of the population, when we all know it's just a way to kill the black economy and increase the tax take.
No more paying Dave the Builder in cash in order to dodge the VAT.

It would be very easy for the powers that be to 'turn off' your supply of money.

Within a couple of weeks you could end up as a piss soaked tramp.

as for people paying cash to avoid VAT  :o surely that sort of thing doesn't happen anymore  :-X
