Im ok thanks, apart from a dodgy foot, which means i cannot drive at present. So as the Mondeo was getting long in the tooth, Ive sold it, so im car less at the moment!
Off to the podiatrist tomorrow, so will see what he has to say, again!

Thanks everyone, im sure he'll take off the dressing....make a few 'ooo....arr' noises, stick another dressing on it and say 'see you in a week!'  ::) like he has done for the last month!

Well....

An improvement! No dressing now! So no faffing putting  on a waterproof boot, everytime i take a shower!
