God, yes please to the drawings Nick!

It so happens that we've got a 3D printer in my department, also one of our A-level students is a whizz with pretty much and CAD program known to man...

No drawings, just the 3D models.

Don't expect to just 3D print the original solid model, as it will need a considerable amount of redesign to work; especially around the ball. That said, the original should have been redesigned from the start as it isn't suitable for the material they used ;D . By the time you've done all that printed and proved the prototypes and tested for durability, the fabricated version is going to be far quicker and easier.

They are OK to be honest, I have a set of those in a pair of headlights with no complaints. The aluminium ones need some tape on them otherwise the reflectors have a slight play in them when you go over a bump, but definitely the best solution, the resin ones need a lot of work and I struggled to adjust the headlights to the right level for an MOT, I gave in in the end hence the use of the ones in the link.

I haven't used the ones in that link, but if faced with another Omega would buy them to reduce the time in fixing a lamp.

I have fitted several aluminium and resin ones. The metal parts benefitted from a few seconds with a file to deburr the edges and a tap run through to clean up the threads, although neither was necessary. The resin ones needed the tap and some finishing to make  them fit. I did see one where the inserted ball was loose. Both fixed the problem permanently at an acceptable cost and time spent.

I would suggest cleaning and lubricating the geared adjusters while the lamp is apart.
