Anyway, its all back together now but will be doing droplinks when new ones arrive.
Next job is to try and cure a slight weep from a joint in the PAS pressure pipe on the Boxster.
£250 for a second hand one will motivate me to do a proper job on that one !  :o
Just fûckin buy one decent car.   :)

You sound just like swmbo.  ;D
The only one I would want to be without is the French thing, but I need its MPG for commuting.
Your suggestion would also free up a lot of my time, which would then probably be used up doing DIY, visiting garden centres, and various other shops.  :o :D

Tbh, Im sure the time will come - but not yet.  ;)

You can put the money you spend on parts every week into the tank of your new car. MPG sorted.

But it would be a tedious little appliance, and that would make me feel like Im already dead.  ;D
Anyway, Ive just realised today is Thursday, not Friday, so I might get the Boxster PAS pipe sorted tomorrow  ;D

It's possible you have already died but just don't know it. :)

Drove it to Norwich. Grew two extra fingers, an extra toe, kissed my aunt / sister goodbye and drove back again

Sounds like an average day out in Norwich.  :y ;D

Well, that’s open to debate.

I was in the drivers seat, but would argue it wasn’t my fault
