£122 for a re-furbished Corsa caliper :o :o A couple of years ago I bought a brand new front caliper for my V70 for just over £40 and that included shipping/delivery from Germany!

Just came across brake parts website. Refurbed front left caliper ( Bosch ZOH 54/22) for £57.10 + £5 delivery. About the cheapest I've seen so far.  :-\

Might be prudent to do both...

Normally I would agree but the car is only used locally and does minimal miles. My daughter now owns one of my 70 plate bmw's as her main car as I gave it to her when I retired early in December.  :y

I'll be paying for the servicing as well, otherwise she'd just keep driving it without ever checking it.  ::)

Fixed a slight weep from a PAS pipe on the Boxster using Tiger seal.  :D
The pipes tend to be priced at £200+ for used ones.
Who said Porsches are expensive to run ?  ;D
It may not be a permanent fix, but should get through the MOT. Then at a time that suits me I can remove the pipe (which I think involves removing the steering rack, sideways out through the wheelarch) and get a proper fix done by a local hydraulic hose specialist.

you know you'll get black balled by other Porsche owners for even considering either of those fixes? They will have kept their own knackered hoses to administer the beating

Driven the Subaru down to Croydon got a bit of paperwork to sort on the house we are selling, first run out in it for a while usually use the Range Rover forgot how well this vehicle performs really have to keep your eyes on the speedo, not much difference in fuel consumption to the RR though.
