Been to lock up again today[after popping down yesterday to jam brake pedal down]and that has made no difference.Pressure bleeding it the normal way only results in the reservoir filling up and fluid forcing itself past the cap seal and all over the top of the reservoir but no fluid at the caliper. Will try in a week or so to reverse bleed it,then if no joy that way I'm stuck with no ideas left other than trying a Tech II [if I can find someone local with one]or another abs unit and that latter would depend on price as I'm getting fed up chucking money at the piece of crap only for it to break in a different way!

When first tried [bleeding in the normal way] it was tried with both engine off and running, after a few hours :o managed to get a "pedal" that was just off the floor but only a very fine and weak spray of fluid from the bleed nipple. The following day pedal went back to the floor and no fluid came out of the bleed nipple or the brake pipe at the caliper either.Instructions with the pressure bleeder say to depress brake pedal a couple of times to exhaust any vacuum in the servo before starting the process,so no not tried pressure bleeder with engine running.

Mm I would say master cylinder seals then maybe, but I doubt if it’s the same as the old days when we could change them ourselves 👀

Found a master cylinder seal kit on the bay says it's for Omega 94-03 but enter details of my car and it says thy don't fit :D
Will test master cylinder[thanks for the link]and if ok then try reverse bleeding and go from there.

I'm only trying to save it in order to fulfill a promise I made to my late partner otherwise it would have been gone long ago.Once it has fulilled that promise I will happily see it crushed, but it is sorely trying my patience and I may yet break that promise though it would pain me greatly to do so.

Swapping out the master cylinder shouldn't be too convoluted  :-\

Have sent an e-mail to Bigg Red to see if any of their master cylinder seal kits fit Omega.I agree DG swapping the master cylinder itself is not a convoluted job,but before buying a new cylinder-second hand ones if one could be found could be dodgy-I need to prove it is that at fault.A seal kit is obviously much cheaper so not so much outlay if that's not the actual fault.

Is the Omega master twin outlet or four,it its two then each outlet pumps to 2 wheels so I doubt master is at fault

It's a tandem cylinder so only 2 separate circuits. I can't remember if it has 2 or 4 outlets, but in the latter case each pair is fed from a single cylinder so most unlikely it's the master cylinder in my view.
