Believe I've fixed the Big Black Pussy, despite the dealer giving me a duff sensor.

That can only be a good thing Keith.  :y :D
Oh yes mate. Only thing that has ever sapped more money was the horsebox that SWMBO had. Got a Vivaro minibus now. Out of the fying pan and into the fire some may say, but, what isnt nowdays with the p1$$ poor build quality on the majority of vehicles out there

Sounds like fun !  ::) ;D

Took the Boxster for a diagnostic session which confirmed my suspicion that the passenger door module is fubar.
The guy who did it has the proper Porsche diagnostic gear, and similar to here, he is a forum member who does it cheap for other forum members.
He charged me £20 and spent about 40 minutes checking everything it could check and having a chat about stuff. The Porsche dealer half a mile from his house would have charged around £150.  :)

Oil change on the Golf.

Thats them both done for the 1st time in 18 months!
only 7000 on the merc
and 5000 on the golf

Pre-covid annual mileage was over 30000!
