I don't think it's the rad.

But I'm not sure what it is.

at this stage i wouldnt.....although if oyu can find one in a scrappy or maybe someone on here has a spare one for testing......

I would reverse flush it first.

I think I still jhave a TD radiator in the shed. I will check in the morning now as I am knackered. If I have it still, you can have it Jaime.

If you have Ronnie, that would save me some hassles.  Do you know if any good - I have been told that as most BMW diesels suffer from this issue, second hand ones are often troublesome as well?
